Navigations are not showing in the HUD

I have recently bought a 2023 Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara in India which has HUD (Head Up Display). When I use the google maps in the apple car play the directions are not showing in the HUD. Any solution for this please ?

How to get Navigation on Heads up display from Google Maps on BMW? I just switched to Apple and found out that only Apple Maps shows the step by step direction on the heads up display on my BMW when connected via CarPlay. If I change the navigation app to Google Maps/Waze, the directions no longer show up on the HUD. Is there a way to enable this? I'm using the CarPlay on my iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Google Maps is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Google Maps Help - Google Support
