iPhone XS and newer have the option of DualSIM. A physical SIM card and 1 eSIM activated at the same time. The iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 series have the option of having 2 eSIMs activated at the same time. If WhatsApp offers multiple accounts in the same app, then it might be possible - however, it's not possible to download WhatsApp twice on the same device, so one app uses one number and the other app the other.
