My iPhone was returned without a screen protector and case

Good afternoon, Apple Support                                                                                                7th February 2023 

 

Hi Apple Support this mail is in way of explain the situation am going through, recently I apply my one year warranty for my iPhone 13 Pro Max for a failure in the camera system I sent my phone with a screen protector and case but on Wednesday 5th April 2023 at 11:49 am my iPhone arrive without the screen protector and the case I send it with my iPhone. 

The screen protector and case are essential elements to protect my device and keep it in good condition, and their absence has affected my customer experience. 

I request that you investigate this issue and provide me with an appropriate solution as soon as possible. I hope that Apple fulfills its commitment to providing quality products and services to its customers. 

 

Thank you for your attention, and I hope to resolve this situation satisfactorily.

The form that you got with instructions for sending in your phone clearly stated that you should remove all accessories, because they would not be returned. Apple does not generally repair phones; they replace them with an equivalent phone, and the replacement phone will not include any accessories you had installed on it. As you clearly read the instructions for sending it it you also must have read to remove all accessories.


Anyway, there is nothing you can do about it now except to replace the case and screen protector.
