This is especially noticeable when the album cover is full of saturated solid colors.
You can try Björk’s Volta album to test it out. Is it a glitch or bug, how to report to Apple to fix this?

What you’re seeing from the lyrics screen is called “timed-synced” lyrics. It’s an artists’ way of emphazing when they’re singing: See lyrics and sing in Apple Music on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Thank you for your reply, although that is not what I meant to ask.
I mean there is a [ half transparent black square glitching ] under those white lyrics text. It may not be very clear due to the compression of the image.
And it only happens to certain album covers like Volta by björk, and in light mode. If you switch to dark mode, this bug disappears.
This only happens in iPadOS when using Apple Music in horizontal mode.
