Apple Maps Repeatedly Crashing...

Since the iOS 16.4 update I have experienced repeated instances of Apple Maps crashing about 10 - 15 seconds after opening. This malfunction occurs repeatedly when I attempt to reopen the app. I have tried turning off my iPhone, and restarting after a brief period. The malfunction persists upon restart. I have an iPhone XS Max with plenty of storage (512 GB with 288.34 GB available). I just checked my Apple Watch and the malfunction is also occurring on my Watch as well. Further, during the 10 - 15 seconds that the app remains open, I noticed that the contents I have saved have changed, such as the order of "Guide" categories, or that searches do not show up. Anyone have any idea if Apple has a fix in the works?
