Messages
So I bought a new iPhone and need to find my text messages from iCloud it’s a business phone and I’m not sure how to retrieve or download them?

You must activate Messages in iCloud here:
Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → enable Messages
If your messages were previously synced with iCloud, they should start downloading to your new iPhone when it's connected to Wi-Fi and a charger. Remember that you must be signed in to the same Apple ID to which the messages were previously synchronized. Please note that only the messages that are in iCloud will be synchronized. For example, if you have deleted some messages on your old device, they will also have been deleted from iCloud.
