I can't put touch ID on my iphone

To to solve this issue, you will need to sign in to your iPhone with your Touch ID. To do this:

Got to Settings > Apple ID > And it should prompt you to sign in.

If you forgot your Apple ID/Touch ID, please follow this link: https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid
