Is the MacBook Pro compatible with Catalina?

is macbook pro SN C1***TY4 compatible with Catalina? Apple has been bugging me to update but I got an error late in installation when I finally tried

There are reasons to consider either no upgrade, or perhaps newer computer.

The Mac's storage may take a hit, given newer system makes more partitions.


My MacBook Pro 13-inch, 2.5, mid 2012, likes Mojave 10.14.6; while I've got no

32-bit third party apps or software; and no reason outside security, to upgrade.


With older SSD blade upgrade storage, it does OK; would need larger capacity

storage to handle Catalina. In my situation, it won't be upgraded further.

Also, your mileage may vary..🤖❄️
