Is it normal for iPhone update to end with out the bar showing 100%?

So I updated my iPhone to 16.4.1 and I was waiting and noticed that it finished with out reaching 100% but stayed at 20%. is this normal?

also I accidentally pressed power button once during the update does this effect my update?
