Local network issue with facebook

I can’t stream from Facebook to my tv anymore. When I first got the pop up for allow Facebook access to local network I declined it, now I can’t accept it anymore. I got to my settings/privacy/local network and Facebook doesn’t show up in there anymore does anyone else have this issue, and does anyone know how to fix this??

Facebook needs local network access but there is no option to allow this under privacy settings. Ive tried contacting Apple Store, Apple phone support and Facebook app developer.
