Bug in IOS 16.4.1

After update to 16.4.1, some of my icons are missing……

Same issue here. Updated 16.4.1 yesterday (3-May-2023) and my primary screen removed apps and when I search for them in App Library they don’t appear. Go to App Store and search and it says Open (not install). Pressing open launches the missing app and allows it to be searchable. Then I can add it back to my primary screen.
