no chime

my Mac has no chime now

and there are many problems

when it startsup on the apple logo there is a loading screen


pls help me

It would help to know the exact model of the Mac and version of macOS being used. You can get this information by clicking the Apple menu and selecting "About This Mac", or if the Mac won't boot, then enter the system serial number here:

Try booting into Safe Mode which performs a file system scan and prevents the automatic launching of third party software during boot & login so it will take longer to boot. If Safe Mode works, but booting normally afterwards does not, then most likely you have some third party software interfering with the normal operation of macOS.


It would also help to know the other issues you were having before it got to this point as they may be earlier signs of the problem you have now.


Try an SMC Reset and a PRAM Reset (hold the PRAM reset for at least three chimes if possible...the PRAM Reset is the one which should bring back the startup chime). FYI, the startup chime will become muted if the system volume is muted within macOS when rebooting the Mac.
