I need to reinstall numbers to my Ipad 1 to get info from it. Did anyone know how I can do this?

Did you try redownloading it? Follow the instructions in this support article to redownload apps and games from Apple --> Redownload apps and games from Apple - Apple Support

I am guessing if this is a first generation iPad that you may find that Apple no longer offers a compatible version. In that case you will have to try to open the file on a device that does have Numbers on it or can download a version that Apple offers now.

I'll add that it is not at all unusual that you cannot download an app to a first generation iPad. Almost nobody offers them anymore. As somebody who also uses old hardware, you really have to learn how to manage old hardware in an ever-changing world with constant updates.

If you have a computer, and can get the file onto the computer, you may find that a Numbers file can be opened by free software such as LibreOffice. It has older versions available if your computer is also very old.
