my iphone 13 pro max screen turned green after ios update

Hi, I am from Nepal and It has been over a year I purchased my iphone 13 pro max. I had no issue until one day I updated my phone IOS to 16.3.1 and suddenly the screen turned green and can't turn on even after hard reset. I was told to either pay hefty money for the repair or wait till the new IOS version is developed. So, now that the new IOS 16.4.1 /16.4 is here I tried to update the software from itunes and even tried downloading the new firmware from apple website there is always an error. Hence I can't update my iphone to check if it works or not. It's really unfair as it wasn't my fault that my iphone broke. Neither I can pay so much money to change the screen nor I want to give up as It was a gift from my husband. So, pls suggest me what should I do?
