I use Freestyle Libre 2 for diabetes and use my iPhone 13 to monitor.

Is there a way to use my Apple Watch SE to read my results in conjunction with my phone??

After checking the App Store, it appears Freestyle Libre only makes this app for iPhone and doesn't have a companion app for Apple Watch. You'd need to contact the App Developer to see if they have any intention of supporting Apple Watch. This is not something Apple has any control over as they are not associated with Apple at all.
