iTunes on OS 13 music or audiobook

I had used iTunes to convert a mp3 audio talk to an audiobook but Apple removed this option.

So I now use my older Mac 10.14 via airdrop.

Is there a way to change 10.13 to do this or maybe another app?

The reason I do this is that by changing to an audiobook I can start and stop listening and it remembers where I left off.
