We would recommend that you try placing both sides of the AirPods into one case and seeing if you are able to reset them by following the guidance here: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support. We can't say for sure that it will work but if they are the exact same model and generation, this is going to be the best bet. Once they are reset, see if you can pair them with a compatible device and hopefully you're able to get them working as you indicated.


Note that if you see an error about mismatched AirPods, you will want to follow the steps here: If you see an alert that says "AirPods Mismatch" - Apple Support
