My apple watch kept saying it was not connected to my iPhone so I unpaired them but now it wont let me pair it to the same phone again. It says it is unabke to find my apple watch. What do I do?

1) is your apple watch back to factory settings? If so check it has unpaired from the watch app on the phone.
2) log in to find my and see if the apple watch is still attached to the apple id and remove it.
make sure IOS is up to date
