Refund

My claim says refunded but I haven’t gotten the money back on my card. How long does it usually take to get the refund back on my card

Approved refund requests take up to 30 days for bank cards. Click here for more information.

If it's already been that long, ask your bank.

If you're referring to a gift card instead, it'll be redeemed to store credit. Putting that back onto the card would require a separate request.
