Colours on the maps of locations
Wat does the different colours mean when u look at the map and see the colours of different locations? Like does it mean when it’s frequently used as a location?
The colors on Apple Maps represent different types of locations and landmarks. Based on my understanding of the Apple Maps
- Green: Forest, Parks, nature reserves
- Yellow: Areas of interest, such as tourist attractions, landmarks,
- Orange: Restaurants, cafes, and other food and drink establishments.
- Red: Hospitals, Medical Store.
- Purple: Hotels
- Pink: Lounge, Arts & Cultural, Cinema, Stores
- Light purple: Churches, temples, and other places of worship.
- Blue: Bodies of water, such as rivers, lakes, and oceans.
