New iOS Update Changed Airpods Pro 2

I want to use my airpods pro (gen 2) as a hearing aid. However, the screens have changed with, it appears, fewer options. I cannot enter the Audiogram to customize Transparency Mode settings. I can click on retrieving my Audiogram from the Health app to adjust Tranparency Mode settings, but it seems iOS 16.4.1 will not activate the Continue button to allow me to proceed.

In addition, the Transparency Mode button under Headphone Audio is missing. I do not know if it is somewhere else or the features have been radically changed or removed entirely.

Any information or help would be appreciated.

Mike

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities Mike,

The following information should be helpful:

Set headphone accommodations

1. Go to Settings  > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Headphone Accommodations, then turn on Headphone Accommodations.

2. Tap Custom Audio Setup, then follow the onscreen instructions. Or manually set any of the following:
* Tune Audio For: Choose Balanced Tone, Vocal Range, Brightness, or Audiogram (if available).
* Level: Choose Slight, Moderate, or Strong amplification of soft sounds.
* Phone: Apply these audio settings to phone calls.
* Media: Apply these audio settings to media playback.
* Transparency Mode: (available when you have AirPods Pro connected to iPhone) Turn on Custom Transparency Mode, then adjust the amplification, balance, tone, and ambient noise reduction to help you hear what’s happening around you. You can also turn on Conversation Boost to focus on a person talking in front of you. See Customize Transparency mode for AirPods Pro in the AirPods User Guide.

3. To preview your audio settings, tap Play Sample.

Add an audiogram
You can use an audiogram to customize your audio settings on supported Apple and Beats headphones. You can import an audiogram by taking a photo or importing a saved file.
1. Go to Settings  > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Headphone Accommodations, turn on Headphone Accommodations, then tap Custom Audio Setup.

2. Select an audiogram from the list or tap Add Audiogram.
