everytime someone sends me an image, this shows up. i’ve checked all my settings, deleted photos, cleared up half of my icloud backup, i’m not sure what else to do. it’s interfering with my daily work and i’m not quite sure how to change this.
I've got the same problem, and the download button doesn't work. Elsewhere it was recommended that I go into Settings --> Messages, and toggle iMessage off and back on. That also didn't work.
