Apple Music widget stuck / not updating

My apple music widget is stuck on a song I've only played once. It updates to reflect whatever I'm currently listening to, but after whatever I'm listening to is paused or the Apple Music app is closed the widget reverts back to the same old song instead of reflecting what I played most recently. This has been happening for about three days and I'm frustrated because I like using the music widget to get to whatever playlist I've been listening to and I'm really not a fan of the album it's stuck on😅

I have an iPhone 14 with iOS 16.4.1 installed. I have tried restarting my phone, updating the software, deleting and re-adding the widget, playing the song it is stuck on from the album and toggling on autoplay, un-syncing and re-syncing my library, and 'Use Listening History' has always been toggled on. The only other widget I use is the Weather one and it seems to be updating just fine.
