It's possible that your iPhone is receiving malware attacks, but it's also possible that other factors may be causing issues with your device. Here are a few signs that may indicate that your iPhone is infected with malware:

  1. Unusual pop-ups or advertisements: If you're seeing a lot of pop-ups or ads that are not typical for the apps or websites you're using, it may be a sign of malware.
  2. Slow performance: If your iPhone is running slower than usual, freezes or crashes frequently, it may be due to malware running in the background.
  3. Battery drain: If your iPhone's battery is draining faster than usual, it may be due to malware running in the background.
  4. Unusual data usage: If you notice that your iPhone is using a lot more data than usual, it may be due to malware transmitting data from your device.

If you suspect that your iPhone may be infected with malware, here are a few steps you can take to protect your device:

  1. Update your iOS: Make sure that your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS, as these updates often include security fixes.
  2. Use anti-virus software: Consider installing anti-virus software on your iPhone, which can help detect and remove malware.
  3. Avoid clicking on suspicious links or downloading unknown apps: Be cautious when clicking on links in emails or texts, and avoid downloading apps from unknown sources.
  4. Reset your iPhone: If you believe that your iPhone is infected with malware, you may want to reset your device to factory settings, which will erase all data and settings on your device.

If you're unsure about whether your iPhone is infected with malware or need further assistance, you can contact Apple support or seek help from a professional technician.

Rather unlikely everything you've experienced

~ actually relies on 'malware' as the cause..

Adware is another matter; anything affecting browser

are more likely to be seen, as you visit bad actor web

sites. And if your iDevice is jail-broken, then it might

be worse.. You can quit a website and restart Safari.

Sometimes effects the cure; otherwise, see settings.

Seldom is the culprit malware; sometimes phishing

The free trial run of 'Malwarebytes for iOS' is good.

But I've never needed it; check browser history.

Clear that in Safari, in either of two main places.

Avoid interactions with browser-derived content as

those tend to draw you in to bigger troubles. ~Quit
