My ipad doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi, while trying to connect it a spinning wheel appears and it doesn’t stop. I tried to reset network settings but nothing changed

What you can see suggests that your iPad is attempting - but failing - to join the WiFi network. Failure to connect can occur for many reasons, most often because the network is “captive” and/or requires additional authentication to join the network. This is most often seen when trying to join a “public” WiFi hotspot, or other captive network, such as a hotel or community/communal network.

As a first step, delete the offending network from your iPad. Tap the blue “i” icon to the right of the WiFi network entry - then tap Forget This Network.

Next, force-restart your iPad:

Force restart iPad (models with Face ID or with Touch ID in the top button)

If your iPad doesn’t have the Home button, do the following:

  1. Press and quickly release the volume button nearest to the top button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button.
  3. Press and hold the top button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the top button.

Force restart iPad (models with the Home button)

Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.

After restarting your iPad, you can attempt to re-join the WiFi network. If you see the same indication, open your Safari browser. You may see an authentication page - that will explain how to proceed with login to the target WiFi network.
