Error after updating username I have facing error with login into Users & Groups in System Preferences. I am able to login after shutting down, but unable to login via users & groups to change my username as the change didn't reflected. Username tab didn't show my username. Screenshot attached.

If you haven't restarted, do so and retest. If that fails, try with a different admin user. If that fails, reinstall your OS via the Recovery panel ... Command R at startup.
