Hello there. I have been request to refund amount which have been deducted from my account. When I go and check according to procedures check status of claims it’s says “You have been refunded for this purchase.” But when I checked with my bank it wasn’t credited. What to do with this? How to claim my amount?

When will I get the money back?

How to get to know that my claim is approved. I guess when I click the status of claim it says you have been refunded for this purchase. Should I take it as they approved my claim.then I can wait for 30 days as you replied if the debit card payment has to wait almost 30 days to return the money to bank.
