Sorry there is a problem with Apple Music - but only for some users when homepods are paired with apple tv
I have an Apple TV 4K gen 2 with stereo HomePods gen 2 as default audio output then with earc on as well. It is working well except that if my family members other than me request some music then Siri responds with "Sorry there is a problem with Apple Music" . However, once i unpair the homepods from apple tv 4k, everything just works fine.
I have Personal Requests turned off so, I understand, Siri shouldn’t know who is making the request but this doesn't seem to be the case. I have tried turning personal requests off then on, with no difference.
Software is up-to-date and the system is signed into my Apple account, which is a family subscription for apple music
i believe that it’s the problem of apple tv 4k since all my family members can play music via asking siri of homepods when it is not paired but I am unable to find any solutions.
