I noticed that the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth grayed out it was connected to my laptop. Follow instructions to the T

quickly press and release volume up
quickly press and release volume down
press and hold power button
you should only get one slider, the power slider, don’t touch it, keep holding power button
It will seem like nothing is happening, be patient and wait for an Apple logo
Only when it appears let up on all buttons

Hey turn off email notifications in you profile settings, and then force reset your phone

Force reset:

Quickly press and release volume up then volume down, one after the other, then press and hold power button until Apple logo appears

this works so well we call it the universal trick

Yes

ihave spinning grey circles on both wifi and Bluetooth in settings

edit: and just because i followed 2-3 threads on here im know DROWNING in emails from apple - im not alone. Is something failing at apple?

but you say quickly press, that includes releasing?

but then you say release all, wich implies more than the homebutton?!?!

Edit: iphone SE gen3

its brand new. I updated to the latest 16 yesterday. Thats when it started having problems
