After update 16.4 on iphone 12 max pro battery has started depleting quickly. Why?

After update 16.4 on iphone 12 max pro battery has started depleting quickly. Any remedy to overcome this problem?
I have e-sim as well as physical sim. I am using e-sim for Canadian number and physical sim for Pakistani number. The preferable network for physical sim is 3G and that selection is not available for physical sim. How to overcome this problem?

The 3G selection is not available on your iPhone for the physical SIM because that option is not made available to you by the carrier in Pakistan through their carrier settings update. The good thing is that the iPhone, in this circumstance, will choose the 3G network automatically when it is available and necessary to do so.
