My screen isn't working anymore, how can I backup my iPhone? I can't do it though iTunes because that doesn't exist anymore. And I can't unlock my iPhone to unlock the accessory... Help me please!!

Itunes app is still existing on Windows PCs. On Macs you can use Finder app.
But if your screen is broken, you won't be able to backup your iPhone's content, since you can't interact with the device (its passcode input), sorry.
