Can't sign into my new Apple ID

I tried to put everything new in. My new address and email address. It won’t take it. ***@yahoo.com. Beverly M M*** My Apple Account has OLD addresses and OLD email. And my credit card expired.

apple id i’m trying to make a new apple id account because my existing password is incorrect and it’s impossible to fix for whatever reason. as i’m making the new apple id account, i’ve reached the point where i need to enter a credit card and my address. i did this and filled in all nessecary fields and it just keeps reloading the page and telling me to go to itunes support.

change apple id to previously used mailbox I had two different apple ids before. now I decided to combine them using the payment information from the first and the mailbox from the second. But when I try I get an error. Apple ID Error: This email address is not available. Choose a different address.

To go to Apple Account and put all new information in please there is a big problem if I can’t go to Apple accounts now
