Apple Watch competition

I’ve been competing with a friend in Apple Watch challenges. My workouts consist of weight training, core, cycling, rowing. She mainly does jogging and running. I had gotten my points before before her one morning by spending a few hours at the gym and she’s insisting I’m cheating because my move goal wasn’t closed. Comparing my steps to another friend that doesn’t work out lately. I’ve tried explaining to her depending on your workouts it doesn’t always go towards your move goal, especially if your sitting down and using machines or cycling for example. It doesn’t go off of steps or distance. It goes by calories burned to ear. points as well. She doesn’t get it. Is there a better way to explain this to her? My goal was to be motivated and motivate others by doing challenges. Not to be accused of manipulating data to win.
