after update 16.4.1 siri talks very "rude"

we have rebooted (because we aren’t dumb). We have tried to reset our Siri settings (as the OP said). We are on the most current update (hence the title for the original post).

NOTHING IS WORKING. When I ask Siri to tell a joke, she sounds the way I set her up to sound. When I ask her to send a text or access the internet, she reverts to robot speech with an Irish accent.

Is there anything we can do that will ACTUALLY help with this problem?
