You have two options. Reset from the Lock Screen (if available) or connect to a computer. If you do not have a computer you’ll need to use a friend’s, go to an Apple Store, visit a library, etc.

You should see reset iPad on the Lock Screen. Otherwise, you’ll need to connect to a computer
