Terminal just left me a notice regarding ZSH.

The whole message is:

Last login: Mon Apr  3 11:50:23 on ttys000

The default interactive shell is now zsh.

To update your account to use zsh, please run `chsh -s /bin/zsh`.

Should I do this or ignore it? I'm just an average user unfamiliar with Terminal. My os is Ventura 13.2.1.

Thanks.

If you don't use the shell, you can just ignore it.

However, it sounds like some system modification you installed is running shell scripts in the background. That is why Terminal opened up with that message.

It is easy enough to copy and paste:

chsh -s /bin/zsh

Terminal just left me a notice regarding ZSH.
