What’s a “bug cleanup fixer”, and what would you use it for?

What are you seeking to clean or de-bug or fix?

I am skeptical about the value, usefulness, and efficacy, of add-on “cleaner” and “security” apps. Various of the add-ons that have been around for Apple platforms have been good at separating users from their privacy, and separating users from their money, of course. Particularly given that these add-on apps cannot access other apps’ storage and contents, cannot scan iOS or app storage, among other limits.
