If you are using some third party— test in SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

This test will tell you if third party interference; most* extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.

Further —

Test issue in another user (or guest user) account Change Users & Groups settings on Mac - Apple Support

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account. 

Try restarting your Mac.

I just reinstall Ventura. And the problem reappears. The first time I restart it, the bug appears in the trash icon. But after restarting it a few times, now it vanish. I still wonder what causes this problem and why reinstall could help.

I have no explanation for you, if there is no associated issues I could easily forget about it...
