Apple does not publish e-mail addresses so that method is simply not an option.
Until about five years ago they had a feedback page for reporting issues involving sales, service, and support experiences. It no longer exists and we cannot tell you why it was pulled.
That leaves a proper business letter. I managed customer support in another industry for 10 years and MUCH preferred a well-stated business letter to a phone call or email about an employee, good or bad. Most big companies are flooded with emails and that dilutes their impact. Phone calls become pink slip messages that get lost in the pile. A business letter still demands attantion. I also liked the fact that I had documentation that could go in the employee's file for performance reviews.
Please remember we are not Apple. We cannot know why Apple does or doesn't do things. This subject is already far beyond the scope of these forums and we are trying our best to find you a solution. We done all we can do in this setting.

In that case, open the Apple home page for your country/region. At the very bottom of the page are numerous Apple links in small gray type. To the right side should be one that is "Contact Apple." Looks like this on the U.S. site:
If you click that, it should show the corporate offices nearest you.
Yep I tried checking that option however there is no email address can be found to write a formal complaint about my experience.
I even tried reaching out through Apple social media platforms and even contacted their leading competitor to seek assistance just to be able to find a way to catch Apple's attention.
I don't want to sound entitled or anything to that effect but buying an Apple Product is not a joke, the least that I would expect is to receive a bad customer service experience.
Headquarters:
There is no electronic methods for such reporting.
Thank you Allan but since I am located overseas, that would not be a feasible option.
I appreciate your response.
Use one of the other methods of contact rather than email.
Thanks for looking into this BobTheFisherman, I already tried looking for an email but no information is available online.
