I have an iphone 11 pro and would like to upgrade to the newest version. Can i do this from my home?

hi again. I guess i meant to say trade in, not upgrade. I currently own an iphone 11 PRO and i would like to trade it in for an iphone 14 PRO. Can i do this from my home? thanks
Yes and no. Your iPhone must be sent, whether you choose to have a courier pick it up from you home or you send it yourself from a post office, I think it's up to you.
