Welcome!
Did you use Maps built-in "report an issue..." function?
On macOS:
On iOS and iPadOS:
Based on my personal experience with this:
– It can take a while for the Apple people working on it to catch up. I reported the mis-location of a museum where I volunteer. It took two weeks to hear from Apple by email, but the team had the issue satisfactorily resolved in under 48 hours.
— When they emailed me, they wanted assurance that I was in some way connected with the museum. I am a volunteer docent and the chief technology abuser there ( I didn't tell them the second part!) and referred them to our web page to verify contact information for our director.
So, when you initlaly contact them:
- Don't expect an immediate response.
- Clearly identify yourself as the owner of the business.
- Provide a link to your business's web presence if you have one.
- Watch your e-mails for a response.
and this one may be a bit of a "low blow" but I found it helps:
- If "another" mapping app/service has the location correct, mention that.
In the Matter of the Misplaced Museum, the latter action seem to be the nudge they needed. The "other" service had the location 100% correct and I provided them a screen shot to that effect.
Maps is hard to support here because we are all end users like you. All we can do is post what helped us.
