Red dot on phone icon (voicemail)

How can i get rid the red dot on my voicemail? Done reset setting still same result.

how to clear off the red dots in phone icon for Iphone 13 I am from Malaysia digi user, when I bought an iPhone 13 and turn from android to iPhone, I found out there is a red dot found in the voicemail, when turn off badges, the phone icon red dot were disappear, however inside the voicemail icon, the red dot still there, have been called many times to Digi, to confirm that the voicemail functions has been deactivated, however there is still a red dot appear, please help to solve this issue.

Voicemail blue dot So, my voicemail is being weird. Anytime I get a voicemail I listen to it straight away or 5-10 minutes after. And it still is showing the blue dot on the side like I didn’t listen to all the voicemail. Anyone know why this dot won’t go away?

You are yet to open/listen to some voicemails.

VoiceMail is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you. Voicemail, Visual Voicemail, and Voicemail transcription are available from select carriers in select countries or regions.
