Hello mvpizza,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

We understand that your Apple Watch no longer rings when you receive a phone call and you’re unable to hear other callers.

Many times restarting your device can resolve many concerns. We’d like you to restart your iPhone and restart your Apple Watch.

Here’s how to restart your iPhone:Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

"How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later

  1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
  3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

Here’s how to restart your Apple Watch: Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

"How to restart your Apple Watch if you have watchOS 9

  1. If your Apple Watch is charging, take it off the charger.
  2. Press and hold the side button until you see the power button  in the upper-right corner of the display.
  3. Tap the power button.
  4. Drag the Power Off slider.
  5. After your watch turns off, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo."

If you do hear alerts for incoming voice calls on Apple Watch, then the following steps may help:

  1. Check that Do Not Disturb mode is not enabled on your watch:
  2. When viewing the time on your watch, swipe up to open Control Centre.
  3. Tap the Do Not Disturb button (crescent moon icon) to toggle the setting on / off.
  4. On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Sounds & Haptics:
  5. Check that the Alert Volume is towards the centre or right hand side;
  6. Check that Silent Mode is not enabled;
  7. Check that Haptic Strength is set to the middle or far right hand side of the slider.
  8. On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Phone:
  9. Perhaps choose Custom and check that all desired options are enabled, including Sound and Haptic under the Ringtone heading.

Let us know if you have further questions.

Take care.
