I lost my Apple watch over a year ago and recently found it but here's the problem. During that time of losing the watch, I got a new iPhone and Apple ID. How can I pair my Old watch with my new phone? FYI I don't remember my password would my old Apple Id or have that email to do a password reset.

If you can't remember the login credentials for the old account on the Apple Watch, you can't release the original Activation Lock. That means the watch can never be erased and paired to a new host device.
