Location is freezing and not updating
The location feature for family members is not updating any longer. It appears to be freezing on my phone. It updates on their end for me. They are in service and location services are enabled.

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand you're not able to see your family members location using Find My. You'll want to make sure you're following the steps in this article: Find people and share your location with Find My. We recommend making sure you have the latest iOS version as well. Restarting your iPhone may help as well as this can refresh the iOS, apps and connections. Also, you can try:
- Navigate to Settings > Apple ID [your name] > Find My > and toggle Find My off.
- Restart your iPhone.
- Enable Find My again to see if the issue persists.
