Figuring out imessages
I recently synced my ipad with my iphone. Works fine but when i opened my imessage app it shows a message log but not the actual messages. Why is it showing a log but no message?

We'd be happy to help out. Seems like you were confused about seeing a message log without the messages being there. It also sounds like perhaps you recently set up Messages in iCloud. The reason you might be seeing this though is because it appears the contact you're messaging in this thread doesn't have an iPhone or doesn't have iMessage activated and therefore these are SMS messages sent through your carrier. SMS messages have to be forwarded through text message forwarding. Once this feature is set up, only new messages that come through will be forwarded, there's not a way to forward messages prior to this feature being set up.
