How do I reinstall bed icon which I deleted by mistake

Press the crown, tap on App Store, search for Sleep (the Apple one) then install it again.

I can no longer swipe up on my Apple Watch to access Control Center I can no longer swipe up on my watch to see the icons that allow me to silence my watch, keep screen dark in theater, Sallie talkie icon, etc. where has this feature gone?
