Dead pixel on LCD.

I currently have a Iphone 11 that was given to me by my mom last January. I replaced the battery because it was already worn out. Last week, out of nowhere a deadpixel like line just appeared on my screen just above the mute switch button. The line runs from mute switch button up to the power button. What's frustrating is because I actually love the device and don't want to buy or spend too much money for the repair. Do you guys have any suggestions? Check the photo for context

Good point. My only worry is that they will make me pay for the diagnostics fee and at the end they will just say that the screen needs to be replaced. Do you think that since they opened my device to change the battery, I have the right to tell them that " there is something wrong with my device after a month and please check if there was a mistake during the battery repair process"?
