You cannot purchase any tracks through Apple's Classical music App. It's a subscription service only. It is included with Apple Music Student, Individual or Family subscriptions. The app is only available on iPhone at this time.

Anything you purchase through the iTunes Store on the Mac is DRM free and can be played anywhere.

Adding to Phil's info: you can buy classical downloads from the iTunes Store. They will be non-DRM, AAC/256 format.
