My battery percentage is not decreasing or increasing from 100% even after using for hours please help at the earliest .. Thank you

If you're battery is performing erratically even after this update, you may want to consider setting up a battery service appointment: iPhone Repair & Service - Apple Support

Given that your iPhone is almost 7 years old (the iPhone 7 came out in 2016) your iPhone's lithium-ion battery has likely degraded, making it less effective, this is natural as lithium-ion batteries are consumable components which become less effective as they age.
